Southern University Music Teacher Association Chapter was selected as one of the eight chapters in the whole nation for a poster presentation for the “Pedagogy Saturday” with all the activities that the chapter has been developing through the academic year
Represented Southern University and the state of Louisiana as an attendee at the National Conference of the Music Teacher National Association in Anaheim
Arranged the trip for the students of the chapter: Sonya Brown, Ryan Alexander and Leticia Motta.
Actively involved in the Collegiate Chapters Forum and the Music Wellness Forum, adding important ideas for the future of the MTNA
